About us

The Practice was founded in 1978 by Ian Fleming and Andrew Pirie under the name of Fleming & Pirie. The firm continued to practice under this title, and the title Fleming Ritchie Partnership for a period, until in 2003 the present title of Flemings was adopted.

The Practice has been based in the same office in Crossgate, Cupar since its inception, also having had a Perth office for a number of years.

In April 2009, Ian Fleming was joined in Partnership by Thomas Bryce, who came from a background within local authorities, also having gained some valuable experience in the contracting side of the industry.

We see this as a positive move which enables Flemings to continue their long-standing commitment to Clients throughout Fife, Perthshire and Angus.
