As Chartered Quantity Surveyors, the practice provides a full range of construction management and cost consultancy services from its office in Cupar, Fife to Clients throughout Scotland and particularly in Fife, Angus and Perthshire. The structure and expertise within the Practice provides for maximum flexibility in a wide range of projects over a broad spectrum of contract values.

In 2004 Flemings was delighted to achieve Investor in People recognition, a successful reassessment in September, 2007 ensuring our continued accreditation. The Practice’s aim is to provide an efficient and professional service to Clients.

Flemings also meets the pre-qualification requirements appropriate to public and private sector procurement for Quantity Surveying necessary to be listed by Constructionline. The Practice Registration No. is 8491.
